Horizon Communications is a new wireless Internet company that will start its operations in Bermuda and expand to much of the Caribbean. Horizon will also use blockchain technology in several ways. They will have their own Ethereum-based marker, called the Horizon marker, the HRZN symbol. People who hold tokens are entitled to discounts on services. They also plan to divide the dividends with tokens holders and execute a marker buyout program with partial profits. The target amount for the distribution of dividends is fifteen percent, and about five percent is intended for the redemption program.
